Louey is from Pony Island, released on January 4th, 2016 by Daniel Mullins. Where he played a minor character, introduced in the beginning of act 3. He was introduced as a mascot of Satan in an attempt to make the game more friendly. He also acts as a tutorial for how the split pieces work in the puzzle segments of that section of the game. Unfortunately, at the end of act 3, as well as the finale of the game, you are forced to kill Louey. At the end of the game, you are forced to fight Louey by Lucifer, in which you have to kill him or watch as he's killed by Lucifer himself.

Louey Is seen as very innocent and friendly. Within the game, he is aware of the fact that the game is broken and glitchy, but, he isnt exactly in control of it either. Through the course of the game, its revealed that the character you play, Theodore, Is dead and Lucifer is using the game "pony island" to keep souls trapped in a type of purgatory, as well as to trick players into giving up their souls, which, Louey seems to be either a pawn in or assisting in this, which is seen by how within his mode a popup for a "premium mode" is shown, where its asking you to "place" (slam) your forehead to the screen to release your soul. Its my personal head canon that he is both a pawn and an assistant in Lucifer's schemes. He was created for it, created to keep people playing, keep souls trapped within this purgatory. He went as far as to show that he is capable of showing anger, especially when he openly showed his anger towards theodore for killing him.
